A New Spritz Menu

We've put together a new spritz menu built around one simple idea: pick the spirit, and we'll build the glass around it. Every spritz is topped with prosecco and soda and runs just $12, whether you land on something bitter, herbal, or earthy. It's one of the easier ways to try Tuscan cuisine in Austin without overthinking the order.

Bitter & Bright

Aperol brings orange and rhubarb with a gentle, easy-sipping bitterness. Campari goes bolder, with cherry, herbs, and a hint of quinine underneath its signature red. Paula's Orange rounds out the category, an all-natural orange liqueur made right here in Austin.

Herbal & Aromatic

Lillet Blanc leans into honey and candied citrus with a gentle floral finish. Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto is built around zesty bergamot, softened by honey sweetness. St. Germain keeps things bright with wild elderflower and citrus, and Caravella Limoncello brings fresh lemon zest and lemon-drop candy over an herbal base.

Rich & Earthy

Contratto Aperitif is herbal and floral with a note of orange zest, balanced rather than sweet. Cynar closes out the list with artichoke and caramel, deep, bitter-sweet, and about as far from bright as this menu gets.

Nine spirits, three categories, $12 across the board. Find the full lineup at the bar or on the patio, Monday through Saturday starting at 4:30 PM.
