3 New Plates on Happy Hour

Happy Hour at Siena Ristorante Toscana runs Monday through Friday, 4:30 to 6:30 PM, in the bar, lounge, and on the covered patio — one of the more reliable weekday rituals for anyone looking for Italian food in Austin. The small plates lineup just added three new dishes from Chef David's kitchen, alongside the wine, beer, and cocktail specials that have been running for years.

Carpaccio di Monzo — $10
Thin-sliced raw Wagyu beef, dressed with truffle aioli and roasted mushrooms. It's a simple preparation that leans on the quality of the beef rather than sauce or seasoning to do the work — the kind of dish that shows up on menus across Tuscany when a kitchen wants to keep things straightforward.

Shrimp Scampi — $10
Shrimp sauteed in white wine and garlic, served with grilled bread for scooping up what's left in the pan. Straightforward and garlicky, and built to share at the bar before dinner.

Parmesan Chicken Cutlet Sandwich — $10
A breaded chicken cutlet with fresh mozzarella, pomodoro sauce, basil pesto, and a vodka cream sauce, all on a sandwich roll. It's a heartier plate than the rest of the Happy Hour menu — more built for splitting between two people than eating solo before dinner.
All three join the rest of the Happy Hour lineup — wine by the glass, well drinks, and signature cocktails at Happy Hour pricing. Available Monday through Friday, 4:30 to 6:30 PM, at the bar, lounge, and covered patio.
