New Pastas for $26 Mondays

Monday's $26 Dinner for 26 Years has a new pasta lineup. Two courses, still $26, still available all evening.

Start with a Caesar salad or the soup of the day, then pick one of four pastas.

1) Linguine alla Carrettiera — garlic, extra virgin olive oil, crushed red pepper, and pecorino cheese.

2) Penne alla Trapanese — cracked pepper, cherry tomato pesto, and pecorino cheese.

3) Casarecce alla Norma — pan-roasted eggplant, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, and ricotta salata.

4) Bucatini Pesto di Pistaccio — pistachio and mint, basil pesto, whipped ricotta, and extra virgin olive oil.

Add chicken, shrimp, scallops, mushrooms, or sausage to any pasta — ask your server for the full list of options.
