On Wednesday, April 1st at 6:30 PM, Chef David Hernandez is leading a tour through Tuscany — the region this restaurant was inspired by 26 years ago, and it shows up every night in our building, the wines we pour, and the ingredients we reach for.


This dinner is a chance to slow down as each course moves us from the coastline of Maremma to the vineyards of Chianti Classico to the hills above Montalcino. Our wine expert will walk you through each pour as the evening unfolds — the terrain, the tradition, and why it works with what's on the plate.
