On Wednesday, February 25th at 6:30 PM, Paride Nardotto from Tommasi Estates is coming in to pour some of their flagship wines – the ones that have made this family’s reputation across nine Italian wine regions. Paride knows these estates inside and out. He’s from Veneto, worked throughout Tuscany and Valpolicella with the Tommasi family, and now represents them here in the States. When someone like that walks you through a wine, you’re getting the whole story – the vineyard, the family, the tradition behind each bottle.
Chef David Hernandez is creating a five-course menu that pairs with these wines the way they deserve. Here’s what we’re doing:
